Everything you need to know before coming to a yoga class

 

Class length: between 1hr and 1hr15 - please arrive/connect at least 5 minutes before the start of class.

Bring: a bottle of water - your yoga mat - comfortable clothing suitable for stretching.

Good to know:
It is better not to eat a large meal just before class, perhaps a small snack 40 minutes before class. You are of course allowed to sip water throughout class.

I do have a few yoga mats available to borrow for your first classes before getting your own.
